With fresh pre-seed funding, paying customers across North America and Europe (fintech, banking, space and government industries and markets), and strong inbound traction post-Black Hat, we’re expanding in the U.S. and hiring our first US-based sales rep.
What You’ll Do
- Own Revenue in the US
Drive deals from discovery to close across regulated industries (fintech, SaaS, healthcare, govtech). - Run Full Sales Cycle
Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close – this is an AE/SE hybrid role for early-stage hustlers. - Demonstrate the Product
Present our Agentic platform and explain how WiseBee reduces MTTR, simplifies TPRM, and offloads repetitive workflows. - Pipeline Execution & Reporting
Collaborate and co-manage pipeline with marketing using HubSpot. Provide weekly updates and collaborate closely with founders on forecasting and target refinement. - Iterate Playbooks & GTM
Sharpen our messaging, sales materials, and objection handling based on live calls and learnings. - Support Proof-of-Value (POV) Cycles
Work with prospects running trial access, show ROI, and convert to annual contracts. - Surface Customer Feedback
Act as the voice of the customer, bring insights to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities. - Help Scale the Sales Function
Lay foundations for hiring a strong US sales team, comp structure, partner and channel sales strategy, and more.
Who You Are
- 4-7+ years in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales, ideally targeting mid-market and low-end enterprise ($500M-$5B revenue orgs).
- You’ve closed 5 and 6-figure SaaS deals with CISOs, Heads of Security, or Compliance teams.
- You’re entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and unafraid to pick up the phone or rewrite your own pitch deck.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence, ASM, or GRC tooling is a big plus.
- Comfortable with remote, async collaboration and fast iterations.
- You thrive in ambiguity and want to build something meaningful from day one.
- U.S.-based (East Coast or Central preferred), eligible to work without sponsorship.
